Case study
Cre8 Market
A creative marketplace needed a brand that spoke to makers and buyers alike. Identity system with supporting marketing materials across digital and print.
The brief
A marketplace that needed to feel as creative as its sellers.
Cre8 Market was building a platform for East African makers and creatives to sell their work — but their visual identity didn't reflect the quality of the products on the platform. They needed a brand that resonated with both sellers (who needed to trust the platform) and buyers (who needed to feel inspired).
The brand had to bridge two audiences — makers who create and buyers who discover.
The process
How we got there.
Brand positioning
We positioned Cre8 Market at the intersection of African creativity and modern commerce — a platform that celebrates handmade, local, and original work while feeling polished enough to compete globally.
Visual identity
We developed a vibrant colour palette, a custom wordmark that hints at creation and assembly, and a visual language that balances energy with clarity across digital and print.
Marketing collateral
Social media templates for seller onboarding campaigns, print materials for market events, and digital assets for both sides of the marketplace.
The brand
A brand that brings makers and buyers together.
