   We scope and propose

   On the call we confirm the right package, agree on a timeline, and answer every question you have. You receive a written proposal within 48 hours. No vague estimates.

3. 03

   50% deposit starts the project

   Once you approve the proposal, a 50% deposit confirms your spot and starts the clock. The remaining 50% is due on final delivery and approval. We accept bank transfer, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and card. UGX and USD both accepted.

4. 04

   We build, you review, we deliver

   Work happens in the timeline we agreed. You review at defined milestones. On delivery, everything is transferred and the project is closed — or ongoing support begins, if agreed.

Questions about cost and packages.

How much does branding cost in Uganda?+

We scope every project individually, so there isn't a flat published price per package. When you book a discovery call, we give you a straight number within 48 hours — no vague 'it depends.' We price at the mid-premium range for the East African market: above freelancer rates, below large agency retainers.

I need a website but I don't have a brand yet. Which package do I choose?+

The Full Launch. It covers brand identity, website, and digital profiles in one three-week process. We don't start a website without a finalised brand — the brand has to come first. The Full Launch handles both in the right order, with one team, at better value than doing them separately.

Can I get the Digital Setup on its own?+

No. The Digital Setup is an add-on only — it must be added to a Brand Identity or Web Development package. The reason is practical: your brand identity must be finalised before we set up your profiles. Setting up a Google Business Profile or Instagram with placeholder visuals creates more work to fix later than it saves now.

Do you charge per hour or per project?+

Per project, always. You know exactly what you're getting and exactly what it costs before we start. No hourly billing, no time-tracking, no invoice that surprises you at the end.

Can I pay in instalments?+

Our standard structure is 50% at project kickoff and 50% on final delivery. For larger projects, we can discuss a three-milestone structure. The Digital Setup Add-on is paid in full upfront. We're open to a conversation if your situation requires something different.

What currencies and payment methods do you accept?+

We invoice in both UGX and USD. Payment accepted via bank transfer, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and card payment. International clients typically pay via bank transfer in USD.

What if my timeline is tighter than the stated delivery times?+

Tell us upfront and we'll discuss what's possible. Rushing a three-week process into one week isn't something we'll agree to — the quality of the output depends on the process. But if there's flexibility in scope, we can sometimes prioritise certain deliverables earlier. The honest answer always comes on the scoping call.
