We scope the project together
A 30-minute call — we ask the right questions, confirm the package or build a custom scope, and agree on a timeline. No sales pitch.
You receive a written proposal
Within 48 hours of the scoping call, you receive a written proposal — exact scope, timeline, and cost. Approve it and we start. No pressure either way.
Before you reach out.
- No. You can reach out with nothing more than "I'm starting a business and I need a brand." We'll ask the questions that help us understand what you need — that's part of our job. The more context you can share, the faster we can respond usefully, but a rough idea is enough to start the conversation.
- None at all. Sending a message or booking a call doesn't commit you to anything. If you decide after the conversation that we're not the right fit — for any reason — that's fine. The scoping call is free and the proposal is free. The only thing that starts a project is your approval of the proposal.
- Tell us anyway. We scope every project individually — there's flexibility in what's included depending on what you need most at this stage. We'd rather have an honest conversation about budget than lose a founder who's a great fit just because the numbers aren't immediately obvious. If we genuinely can't make it work, we'll tell you — and point you to something that can, including our shop products if they fit your stage.
- Yes. We work with founders across East Africa and remotely with clients globally. The scoping call happens over Google Meet or Zoom, all files are delivered digitally, and communication runs through email and WhatsApp. Your location doesn't affect what we can deliver.
